Ben Watson (born 9 July 1985) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Watford. He has previously played for Wigan Athletic and Crystal Palace, and had loan spells at Queens Park Rangers and West Bromwich Albion. He has also represented England at U21 level.

Free-range parenting is the concept of raising children in the spirit of encouraging them to function independently and with little parental supervision, in accordance of their age of development and with a reasonable acceptance of realistic personal risks. This idea was popularized by pediatrician Benjamin Spock. Author Lenore Skenazy at her website (founded April 2008). Her book Free-Range Kids: Giving Our Children the Freedom We Had Without Going Nuts with Worry (published April 2009) is the opposite of helicopter parenting.

Xinzo de Limia
Xinzo de Limia (elevation 620 metres; population of the concello 10,161 hab; population of the town 7056hab. (INE 2009)), is a town in the province of Ourense, Autonomous Community of Galicia, Spain. It lies on the important Autovia das Rias Baixas in the fertile valley of Antela, approximately 33 km from VerĂn and 43 km from Ourense. The LĂmia (Lima in Portuguese) river passes through the town on its way south towards the Portuguese border.
